In the spirit of celebrating women GASCDO has organized a special women’s webinar. The topic of discussion will be Reproductive Health in women with Sickle Cell Disease.
Reproductive Health among Sickle Cell Warriors comes with several complications, that’s why patients are advised to see the haematologist before starting their family planning.
In this month’s webinar, the panelists include the CEO of RED, Teonna, a Sickle Cell warrior from USA, who advocates for healthy sexual and reproductive health. Dr. Suman Jain from India, who will explain more on reproductive health in SCD and a Sickle Cell warrior from Uganda who has a child.
